1. A public artwork is commissioned.
2. The commission decides to breed a hairy monster inside the city.
3. Hair grows from the facades. 

4. All residents within an enclosed area can adopt the monster and thus be tasked to keep it alive. 

5. The residents take care of the monster, comb and groom it to make it grow.

6. The residents become caretakers, guards and part of the artwork.
7. They benefit of wages for their maintenance work. 

8. Hairs will replace the threshold between the private sphere and the public environment.
9. The intimacy and vulnerability of the space is exposed; its agency takes over the street.
10. The monster asks questions regarding authority, ownership, citizenship.
11. The domain of the monster sets a new economy, the art piece gathers a new collective power.
